Why it exists
Most owners can’t see their whole business. They know their part, and the bits that hurt, but nobody holds the whole picture. Stratapault starts by giving them sight.
How it relates to this research
Stratapault and this research grew out of the same 25 years’ experience: organisations don’t hold a full picture of themselves. But they are different things: this site is independent research into how work could be organised, not an advert. Stratapault works at the second stage today, seeing the organisation as it really is, and does not yet sell or operate the capability model; its work doesn’t prove it. The research is where many of its ideas start, and we hope organisations will one day use Stratapault to carry out their own digital twinning. We mention it because it is Mark’s working model: the business where the idea of a twin of the organisation is put into practice.
