Mark Maynard
Twenty-five years inside organisations, working out how their work really runs and what technology should do about it.
Mark has worked with UK police forces, NHS trusts, financial institutions and creative businesses. He studied law (LLB, UWE Bristol, and a diploma in French law at the Université d’Angers), then took an MBA in Technology Management (Merit), The Open University, and studied international business (Master’s, IEP, Spain). He works in English, Spanish and French. Mark is based in London. He is currently working in the UTC−5 time zone (US Eastern Standard Time).
He started this research because the same gap kept appearing: between how organisations describe themselves and how their work actually gets done. The argument is in the flagship paper. Mark is a founding member of Stratapault, a separate business.
